Geneva’s aquarium expert dies (Star Beacon)

Geneva native Jeff Swanagan, who directed several major zoos and aquariums across the country and most recently the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, died Sunday of an apparent heart attack as he mowed his lawn, the Associated Press reports.

Enid man’s semi collides with train (The Enid News & Eagle)

An Enid man was treated and released Monday afternoon following a collision with a train on U.S. 412 east of Enid. Michael Deboard, 57, was hauling grain eastbound on U.S. 412 when the rail crossing in the 7900 block of East U.S. 412 activated.
